Life and the business took the place of blogging and we were not able to keep up with sharing these weddings on the blog. So as we enter our slower season, we plan to play a little catch-up and share some of these beautiful celebrations!

 

TJ and Jo were the sweetest couple.  She got married at the Lodge in Williamsburg and I have never walked into a more peaceful and quiet getting ready room on the day of the wedding.  Jo was adamant that the environment was peaceful and joyful.  It was all that and more! Jo has this smile that lights up any room she is in.  Reminiscing her day I cannot help but remember the moment she opened the gift from TJ.  He got her some Olive Oil.  Now I don’t know what the story was behind the olive oil, but apparently, it was the most perfect gift that TJ could ever get for her.  Her smile and then tears of joy brought tears to my own eyes as she hugged the jar of olive oil.

 

He was enamored by her presence and beauty.  I loved watching them together as you can tell they are the best of friends.

 

Their ceremony was held in the oval gardens at the Williamsburg Inn underneath a big oak tree.  TJ and Jo walked down the aisle together which was different and yet so fitting for them.  Thinking of that moment still brings a smile to my face. This wedding at the Williamsburg Inn will always be a favorite.  Especially because we were able to get one of our favorite shots of them dancing in front of the Inn.  

 

Everyone who gets married at the Inn wants that iconic shot in front of the beautiful 5-star colonial hotel.  

 

It was like something straight out of La La Land.
