Norfolk Botanical Garden Wedding
Luke and I are so excited to share this Norfolk Botanical Garden Wedding! This past Saturday was the prettiest day we have had in a long time! The weather was absolutely perfect. Not hot, not cold. We had the most amazing team of vendors, and of course the most amazing couple!
CJ & Christie
I knew that I would get along perfectly with these two when I saw a picture on Instagram last year of them. It was their Halloween Costume and they dressed as the cast of Stranger Things. They nailed it and I knew then that Christie & CJ were my type of people! Luke & love their how sweet and laid back they are. And they are so fun to photograph!
This beautiful couple married at the Renaissance Hall at the botanical gardens in Norfolk. The Renaissance is probably my most favorite place at the gardens because of the stone, the water and the beautiful stairs. I also love how the sun peeks through the trees during the ceremony. In my opinion it is absolute perfection!
The First Look
We love when our couples choose to do a first look. Not only does it help with the timeline of the day, but it also is such a sweet intimate moment for just the bride & groom. Choosing to do the first look was one of the best choices these two could have made for their timeline. By the time the ceremony was finished and the family portraits were taken, we had just enough time to zoom over the rose garden for some sunset photos. All the bridal party pictures, immediate family photos, as well as bride & groom photos were taken before the ceremony. This means CJ & Christie have a lot of options to choose from! They even were able to enjoy some of their cocktail hour! It was nice to watch them revel in the company of their guests during their cocktail hour.
Thank-You CJ & Christie. You two were such a dream to work with. And Teddy was the icing on the cake! Whenever there is a best dog… I go crazy! He was so cute with his bow tie and cuffs!
We wish you an amazing time in New Zealand and your honeymoon adventure!
