We are becoming quite the Tucson Photographers lately!
Tuscon Arizona Maternity Session
Adam and Emily have taken us on quite the adventure in the last year! From shooting their engagement session in the desert to their wedding in Virginia Beach and now getting to be apart of this extremely special moment in their lives in Arizona, we are beyond thrilled to share this incredible session. We love being able to say that we are also Tucson photographers as well as Virginia photographers!
Emily emailed us at the beginning of the year and shared the good news with us… They were having a baby! We couldn’t have been more happy for this couple. They are so full of love and joy and we know they are going to be such amazing parents. When Emily asked if we would consider flying to Tucson for their maternity session we were thrilled! To be able to once again capture these sweet memories was such an honor and we booked the ticket!
Mothers Day Weekend in Tucson
How fitting it was that we would celebrate Mothers Day weekend with this soon to be mom. Motherhood is such a beautiful journey. We make so many sacrifices as moms and it all starts when we realize that we have a little one growing inside us. We instantly become aware and try our best to take care of ourselves as we know everything we do affects this tiny little human. As much as it is a sacrifice it is one of the most rewarding journeys to go on in life. Being able to hold your little one and watch he or she grow before your eyes is one of the biggest joys that you can experience. Emily is just now entering this amazing adventure and I know that she is already an amazing mom.
As I write about Emily, let’s not forget Adam. Such a goofball and yet oh so loving and kind. He is going to be an amazing and ever present father. I love how he loves Emily and I cannot wait to see how this little tiny human is going to enlarge his already big heart.
Journeying to the top of the mountain.
On the day of their maternity session we ended up deciding on Mount Lemmon. Luke and I knew absolutely nothing about this mountain they were talking about but we completely trusted them. Emily mentioned they already had the beach, the desert, and now they wanted more woodsy pictures for their pregnancy session.
We were down. Then we saw the view! What an incredible view overlooking Tucson. They picked an incredible location and we jut waited for golden hour to come!
Once the light shifted we had so much fun getting some incredible pictures! We couldn’t get enough of the scenery! It happened to be windy while we were up there but I am loving how the wind ran through Emily’s hair. It was natural and candid.
We ended with one of the most beautiful sunsets and our hearts were full from this amazing time we had with one of our favorite couples!
Thank you Adam and Emily for trusting us once again! We love going on these adventures with you and we cannot wait to meet your little one!
