She flew in from Alaska. He from Colorado.
Back to where it all started. Back to where they had their first date. The Cheese Shop.
Williamsburg is where their story begins and where they will celebrate their wedding this coming April. Because these two were coming out of town we only really had one day to make this session happen. Rain or shine. And when we got started…it started to rain.
Luckily we found a tent to hide under. And we waited. Thankfully the rain let up and we were able to carry on with their engagement session. This time we started at the capital. We shoot a lot of sessions in Colonial Williamsburg and we are always on the hunt for new locations! And boy did we find the perfect spot for these two!
Tucked away behind a little tavern was the perfect little backdrop full of colorful wildflowers.
The colors complimented what Tyler & Hillary had picked out with their outfits. So I was excited to be able to work with so much color!
We then ended at the Cheese Shop where they were able to grab a bite to eat and we captured where it all began. If you haven’t eaten at the Cheese Shop in Williamsburg… it is a must! So So good!
These two are literally the sweetest. They have been together for 8 years and I am excited for them to start their lives together. Luke & I can relate to the time difference and the long distant relationship. It is not for the faint at heart and Tyler & Hillary are doing an incredible job!
This coming April this couple will be getting married at the Wren Chapel and having their reception at the Williamsburg Inn! Come to find out they have an all star vendor team including Jess with Wedding Company of Williamsburg, Karen with Aleen Floral Design, and Roger with Astro DJ! So excited to work with this crew and celebrate these cuties!
