The day of their engagement session called for rain.

We had already rescheduled due to the wine festival at Yorktown.  I texted Laurel to see how she felt about a little rain.  She said let’s go for it!

I am so glad we did as the rain held off for us and the clouds set the tone for a little bit more moodier effect.

I have said it before and I know I will say it again…. Luke & I are so fortunate to have the best couples.  We seriously had so much fun walking around Yorktown and the battlefields with them.  They are so comfortable with one another and were up for anything!

I LOVE that about them!

They decided to dress up for the first part and Laurel wore this gorgeous blue dress that looked amazing on her!

She has killer legs so I am happy it was warm enough to show em off!!!

I put Mike on the spot and told him to dip Laurel.  He definitely surprised me with just how smooth he was!!

Cannot wait to see their first dance together as husband & wife!!

The leaves were at its peek in Yorktown and the colors were amazing!!  I absolutely love the fall season here in Virginia.  I just wished it lasted a little bit longer!

Thank-You Mike & Laurel for such a fun time this past Sunday!!!   You two are so much fun and I am a little sad that we have to wait so long to see you guys again for your wedding day!!  June is going to be one amazing month!!!
