Here in Virginia, August is usually the hottest month of the year.

With a few weddings in August, I have been mentally preparing myself for the heat.  Shooting weddings in the heat is no joke and we definitely need to take lots of breaks so that our couples can cool off and recompose.

The day of Daniel & Erin’s wedding was different.  Instead of being met with a heat wave, we opened the door to the most beautiful weather a bride could ask for.  We were threatened with rain and yet the sky cleared and it was perfect!  Erin Said that Jesus really loved her because of the perfect weather.

I would definitely have to agree on that one!

The Williamsburg Winery is such a GORGEOUS venue!  More than that the Winery was the perfect spot for Erin & Dan.  You see these two LOVE going to different wineries and exploring new wines and places.  They are adventurous and always trying new things.  So it made sense for them to choose a Winery for their wedding since that is one of their favorite things to do together.

We had so much fun with these two on Saturday.  From the getting ready to watching Erin walk down the aisle and Dan telling her in his vows that he is so happy that she is…

And of course getting some AMAZING sunset pictures in the vineyard!!  These two are seriously what photographers dreams are made of.  They are so much fun, full of life and adventure, and crazy in love!
