Just sometimes, when people say forever;

They mean it.

These two….  Seriously I cannot say enough about them.

Overlooking the gorgeous Chesapeake Bay, Scott & Antonia promised their hearts to one another.  As we witnessed through the tears of joy I just couldn’t help but think of them 40 years from now.  Celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary.  Surrounded by kids and grandchildren it will be a wonderful celebration.  I see Antonia laughing with her infectious smile at one of Scott’s hilarious antics.  40 years later he will remain the one who can light up her life like no one else.  I see Scott looking at Antonia with those loving eyes relishing her beauty as he did on the day they said I do.  They will survive the test of time.  Their love will endure.  Because they meant it when they said forever I do.

There were many moments throughout the day that were special.  However, there is one moment that stands out above the rest.  This was the moment that Antonia invited Scott’s son up during the ceremony.  Not only was she promising to love his daddy and be the best wife that she could be; but she also promised this sweet boy that she would be the best mother to him that she could be.  She would be loving, kind, and patient.  If there was a dry eye in the room beforehand then at that moment it was over!

Luke &  I truly adore these two.  They are the kind of people that remind us why we love what we do.  They are a breath of fresh air and a testimony of love.
