Erin is absolutely stunning.  She is the type of girl that every photographer wants to take pictures of at least once.

She radiates confidence and it shows in her pictures.  She knows how to work the camera with little to no instruction and she is GORGEOUS!

We recently scheduled the session for a Friday evening. (Weather said 30% chance of rain).

 As Luke and I were driving to the area we see these huge gray storm clouds rolling in.

I am nervous because I know she did her hair and makeup and I didn’t want her to have to reschedule and do it all over again.

I called seeing if she was ready and maybe we could get started before the rain came.

Well that didn’t happen.  It began pouring!  I mean monsoon rain!  There was no way we were going to be able to get the pictures done that evening.

 So much for that 30% chance of rain…it was more like 100%!

Erin had such an awesome attitude!  We rescheduled the session and we couldn’t have had a more perfect day!

We met up at one of my favorite locations in Newport News.  I love this spot because it has a pretty pathway and hills on all sides.

 I have to be careful not to over use this location because I love it so much!

I brought one of our blue chairs from Unearthed.  It paired perfectly with her beautiful gown and background!

We had so much fun during our session together!

It was a great time to hang out, hear how her wedding planning was going and just to get to know her better.

She is an awesome girl and I  loved our time together!

I love doing Bridal Sessions and from a brides point of view…she loved it too!  This is what Erin had to say about having a Bridal Session done.

 I most definitely recommend a bridal session!!! Its a time to bond with your photographers, have fun as well as do a test run with hair, make up and more important the dress!!! It was great to let loose and be a little goofy and get into a groove of moving in my dress, plus my shoes were just too cute not to wear before the wedding!!!
