We met up with Sam & Melissa last Friday evening. As we know August is a scorcher here in Virginia and Friday’s heat did not disappoint. I must say however these two are such great sports! Even Sam in his suit never complained! Melissa and Sam will actually be getting married in October at the Wren Chapel. I am so excited to actually have a wedding in Colonial Williamsburg! I am hoping the leaves will be changing by then and the air will have a crispness to it. There is nothing like Fall in Virginia! Truly a beautiful time!
Luke & I along with our 3 kiddos met up with this sweet couple in the heart of Colonial Williamsburg. We always enjoy walking around the streets and finding new hidden gems along the way. While walking, we found the prettiest little spot that was surrounded with gorgeous flowers. In the center was a beautiful bench nestled in this quiet archway covered in vines. It was the coziest little spot ever!
We ended the engagement session with some ice cream at Kilwins. This is a new little spot that not only has tasty ice cream, but amazing fudge! It was a nice treat at the end and a way to cool off from the heat! The kids of course loved it as well!
Congratulations you two on your engagement! We cannot wait to see you in two short months to celebrate your wedding day!
