James + Sarah Smithfield Center Wedding {Hampton Roads Wedding Photographers}

I met James and Sarah last year on a very cold October day.  We met up for their Engagement session and immediately I liked them.  They are such a sweet fun couple who were up for anything.  Despite the cold we had a lot of fun and I was ecstatic when they wanted me to do their wedding photos as well.

Luke and I headed to Smithfield on Saturday for this couples wedding.  They live in Blacksburg so I haven’t seen them since their engagement session.  I was so excited to see them again!

I have to say that Sarah is absolutely lovely.  I LOVE her red hair!  She made such a beautiful bride and the color scheme she chose just complimented her so well.

We did have an unexpected torrential downpour but luckily there was an overhang that we were able to get some good pictures in.  And then right after the ceremony it cleared up so it worked out perfectly.
